CITC is excited to announce that we are in the process of working with a general contracting team to build out 32,556 square feet of training space in Puyallup, Washington.

The project will develop in two separate buildings and under two separate building permits. The interior spaces in both the Valley Business Center at 405 Valley Avenue NW (suites 5-7) of 11,386 sf leased space (“North Building”) as well as 21,170 sf space in the Prologis 402 Valley Avenue NW building (“South Building”) across the street, which together (32,556 sf) will act as CITC’s South Sound Campus.

CITC plans to begin classes in what will become our newest training facility in the fall of 2022. Seven apprenticeships will be offered out of the Puyallup facility. They are as follows: carpenter, commercial electrician, residential electrician, limited energy electrician, HVAC servicer installer, and plumber.
